Terms of Use

What LPXP is

A fan-built community for recording and sharing the experiences people lived with Linkin Park. We have no affiliation with, sponsorship from or endorsement by the band, its members, labels or related companies.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• An account belongs to one person. Do not share your credentials.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
• If your account exists only through Twitter sign-in, losing access to Twitter means losing access to LPXP until you set an email and a password.

Your content

What you write and upload stays yours. By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and display that content within the platform for as long as it remains published.

Only upload material you have the right to share. Show photos and videos shot by someone else need their permission.

Facts are not editable

Shows, setlists, songs, albums and tours come from external sources (setlist.fm and MusicBrainz) and cannot be changed by users or moderators. What the community creates is the layer on top: attendance, memories, ratings and media. When there is no canonical answer for a field it stays empty rather than filled with a guess.

Conduct

Not allowed:

• Harassment, threats, hate speech or attacks on other people.
• Illegal, sexually explicit or violent content.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising and bot-driven ticket sales.
• Impersonating anyone, including band members or the LPXP team.
• Automating access in ways that degrade the service, or scraping content in bulk.

Content tagged In memory deals with loss and grief. Treat those spaces with respect.

Moderation

We may remove content, hide topics, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Serious cases can lead to an immediate ban without notice.

Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time by writing to contact@lpxp.community. We may also close accounts that are inactive or that break these terms.

No warranty

LPXP is provided "as is". It is a fan-run project with no guarantee of availability, of content preservation, or of the accuracy of data coming from external sources. Keep your own backup of anything irreplaceable to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or content loss arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the community before they take effect and the date at the top of this page is updated. Continuing to use LPXP after that means accepting the new version.
